INDIAN OCEAN MUSIC FESTIVAL

Japanese art, Seiki Onizuka plays its own music instrument, at the Padang Indian Ocean Music (PIOM) Festival, in Padang, West Sumatra, Friday (8/12). A total of 13 speakers/groups from India, Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia appeared on the music festival of the Indian Ocean Rim Association or Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA).
