The Bal Calon Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau Arsyadjuliandi Rachman (left quarter) and Suyatno (two right) were welcomed with traditional Malay arts when it will register to the General Selection Commission (KPU) Riau, in Pekanbaru, Riau, Wednesday (10/1).
