INVESTING IN FREEPORT INDONESIA

Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani (the left three) along the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan (second left), President Director of PT Inalum Budi Guna Sadikin (left), Governor of Papua Lukas Enembe (right three), Bupati Mimika Eltinus Omaleng (right) witnessed Minister of State Tjah Kumjoolo (second right), Head of Development Finance Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Ardan Adiperdana (right four), and Deputy of Mining Business, Strategic Industry and Ministry of BMCN Fajar (Kover) signed the Government of Papua Province. Based on the agreement of Papua Provincial Government and Mimika Regency will jointly have the right to share PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) of ten percent after the divestment useful for the benefit of the rights of the owner of the ulayat and society is affected permanently.
