The Commissioner of PT Adhi Guna Keruktama (PT AGK) Adiputra Kurniawan listened to the judge reading the vonis in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Thursday (18/1). Adiputra divonis four years of prison as well as paying a fine of Rp 200 million, subsider 5 months due to proven evaporating Antonius Tonny Budiono when serving Director General of Marine Transportation Ministry.
