The European Ambassador for Indonesia, Vincent Guerend (second left) held a photo with citizens when visiting Pelangi Randusari Village in Semarang, Central Java, Wednesday (24/1). The European Union (UE) chose Semarang as one of the two cities in Indonesia marketed in urban development cooperation programs with two cities in Europe, Zagreb (Kroasia) and Seville (Spanish) with EU assistance.
