RICE FARMERS INSURANCE PROGRAM

The Minister of Agriculture of Amran Sulaiman (second left) appoints rice when attending rice harvest in Sukolilo, Pati, Central Java, Wednesday (7/2). The government through the ministry of agriculture seeks protection for rice farmers through rice venture insurance programs (AUTP) to address the damage of crop damage due to floods, dryness, as well as the attack of planting organisms (OPT) so that farmers can obtain compensation as a working capital for the sustainability of their farming efforts.
