Former lawyers Setya Novanto Fredrich Yunadi (left) showed an exepsi letter undergoing a trial in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Thursday (8/2). Fredrich’s climbing suggests Novanto’s Setya does not meet the investigator of the Corruption Commission (KPK) on November 14, 2017 at the reason of calling against the members of the DPR must be the President, and to avoid his clients from the examination, Fredrich submitted the test of the legislation to the Constitutional Court.
