KPK CLARIFICATION

The Constitutional Court’s spokesperson (MK) Fajar Laksono (right) along the Head of Biro Humas and the Rubiyo Protocol (left) provided a press release on the decree of the MD3 Act’s Rights related to the DPR Transportation in the MK Building, Jakarta, Thursday (15/2). MK states, the position of KPK as a state institution that is not included in the state’s state of justice, but is given the duties of authority and functions relating to the power of judgment.
