PROVISION OF CARRYING PORTABLE BATTERY ON AIRCRAFT

Adi Soemarmo Airport security officers encourage the prospective aircraft passengers about the provisions of carrying portable batteries on aircraft at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Boyolali, Central Java, Monday (19/3). Based on Circular Letter Number 15 of 2018 Ministry of Transportation Directorate General of Air Transportation applies the provisions of carrying portable battery charging and lithium battery reserves on air aircraft that can be carried by passengers is not more than 100 Wh, if more than 100Wh-160Wh should obtain approval from the Air Transport Business Agency while more than 160 Wh or cannot be identified then cannot be carried to the air plane.
