NEW DIRECTOR OF SELF BANK

The President Director of Bank Mandiri Kartika Wirjoatmodjo (center) established with the President Commissioner of Hartadi A Sarwono (left) and Vice President Director Sulaiman Arief Arianto in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Plaza Mandiri, Jakarta, Wednesday (21/3). The results of the meeting raised four new directors namely Panji Irawan as Director of Finance, Donsuwan Simatupang as Director of Retail, Agus Dwi Handaya as Director of Compliance and Alexandra Askandar as Director of Institutional Relations, while it was approved also dividends of 45 percent of the total profit of 2017 which amounted Rp20,6 trillion.
