Determining Mohamad Nasir (right) witnessed a number of State College Vectors signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the meeting of the State College of Law (PTN-BH) 2018 at the Research Center Building of the Institute of Technology Sepuluh November (ITS), Surabaya, East Java, Wednesday (4/4).
