JAKARTA, 5/10 - BANK GENERAL SYARIAH. Dirut BNI Gatot Suwondo (2kanan) accompanied by Director of Achmad Baiquni (kanan) and Bien Subiantoro provided the press of the General Meeting of Outstanding Shareholders (RUPSLB) PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) in Jakarta, Monday (5/10). The meeting approved the separation (spin off) Sharia Business Unit (UUS) to Sharia General Bank (BUS), where the Board of Commissioners BNI has provided approval to take part or participate in the establishment of BUS by conducting maximum capital depositing of Rp 999 billion or is 99.9% of the whole capital is set for BUS.
