NYADRAN CHAMAT TRADITION

A number of citizens snoring kambing to be slaughtered during the lasting tradition of Kramat Nyadran in Dusun Pete, Kembangsari, Cage, Temanggung, Central Java, Friday (20/4). The Nyadran ritual held every two years was slaughtering dozens of goat tails as a form of tribute to a character of the era of Mataram Ki Joyokusumo kingdom trusted as the founder of the Village as well as the manifestation of gratitude to God YME for prosperity and wellbeing.
