Komnas HAM through the Pilkada Monitoring Team 2018 finds the fact of the field associated with the process of sadness and dimension of human rights violations, especially those who concerns some aspects such as problems and potential of the loss of the right selecting citizens of the age of 17 or more that have not been a KTP-el, still found the practice of hateful and discrimination, and the fulfillment of vulnerable group rights is still a problem especially for prisoners, Rutan and Lapas residents, hospital patients as well as disabilities.
