FAKE CUSTOMS

SURABAYA, 5/7 - CUKAI PALSU. A number of evidence items (BB) in the form of 1000 false cigarette pipes Fahito and 120 pieces of cigarette custom pipes, successfully secured the Surabaya Police Reskrim Unit, Thursday (5/7). The cigarette custom pipe is usually sold at Rp 22 million per 500 of these sheets, by the suspected sold at Rp 6 million per 500 pieces. In this case, it is suspected to be given the provision of article 55 or article 58 Law number 11/1995 about customs, with eight-year prison sentences and a fine of 20folds of the value of cigarette injuries.
