HOME LOST DUE TO RIVER WATER OVERFLOW
People stand among the remaining debris of houses that are not dragged by the water flow of the Konaweha River when flooding in Muara Sampara Village, Kapoiala District, Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, Thursday (12/7). 28 units of citizens in two villages, Lalibue Village and Muara Sampara Village were lost to be dragged by the Konaweha River water on Wednesday (11/7) afternoon. The people claim other than the high rain intensity factor for two weeks, the river water lubrication is also due to the absence of rainwater absorption due to the activity of nickel mining from the symelter plant.
