RESPONSIBILITY, 17/10 - LEVEL OF SEMENTARA LEVEL. A man built a gubug on their home puing that collapsed by earthquake, in the Sicincin, Padang Pariaman, West Sumatra, Saturday (17/10). A number of earthquake victims began to build a gubug from the remaining ingredient collapsed house buildings to be used as a temporary residence while waiting for the arrival of help to rebuild their residence.
