ANIMAL CAGAR NATURAL DARUPONO KENDAL
A large number of long tail monkeys (Macaca Fascicularis) bertengger on highway guarding iron fences in the Forest Cagar Alam Pagerwunung Darupono, South Kaliwungu, Kendal, Central Java, Wednesday (8/8). In addition to monkeys, a 33,2 hectare forest set as a natural reserver since 1933 it is also a habitat for animals such as kijang (Muntiacus muntjak), forest pigs (Sus scrofa), biawak (Varanus sp), honey-application (Meliphagidae), and kutilang (Pycnonotus aurigaster).
