A teacher of the South Aceh Regency is in front of the Aceh Provincial State High Employment office during the action of the rejection of the rapel refund against the Civil State Supervisory Calon (CPNS), in Banda Aceh, Tuesday (10/11). Based on the circulation letter from the South Aceh Regent No.800/948/2009, as many as 1,300 CPNS teachers and honorary employees 2006-2007 are asked to refund the total rapel fund reaching Rp24 billion more.
