JAKARTA, 17/11 - BUKU DETAILS. Director of SDM and General PLN, Supriadi (right) submitted his workbook to Dirut PLN, Fahmi Mochtar (left) on the book launch event in Jakarta, Monday (16/11). The book titled " Answering the Bureaucracy Reformation Challenge of Transformal Leadership and Lateral Organization" is based on the dissertation of the writer while raising the doctoral program of public sector management in the United States presenting the concept of lateral organizations as an alternative to address bureaucratic dilemma.
