President Director of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) was selected, Tri Buwono (right) combined with Vice President Director MDKA Richard Bruce Nesss (left) and Independent Commissioner MDKA Mahendra Siregar (mid) followed the General Meeting of Outstanding Shareholders (RUPSLB) MDKA in Jakarta, Friday (21/9). The shareholders support the Company’s plan to guarantee 50 percent of the company’s net assets in a book year and agree to the changes in the composition of Commissioners and Board of Directors of the Company, Mahendra Siregar became Independent Commissioners and Tri Boewono set as President Director replacing Adi Adriansyah.
