DIVESTING SHARES PT FREEPORT

PT Inalum (Persero) as the holding of BUMN mining has signed Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) with PT Freeport-McMoRan Inc and PT Rio Tinto Indonesia, thus the amount of shares of PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) owned by PT Inalum will rise from 9.36 percent to 51.23 percent.
