EVACUATION AND TRANSLOCATION OF ORANGUTANS IN THE BRAID
Two members of the rescue team hold a cage containing one orangutan individual evacuated from the garden of citizens when it is to be translocated in Ketapang District, Kalbar, Friday (26/10/2018). The combined team of IAR Indonesia, Gunung Palung National Park Hall (BTNGP) and Nature Resources Conservation Hall (BKSDA) Kalbar Sexy Conservation Area (SKW) I Ketapang moved one Kalimantan Orangutan individual (Pongo pygmaeus) named Nayo (20 years) weighed 60 Kilograms evacuated from a resident garden in the Left Cloud River Village to the Ketapang TNGP region.
