Lecturer Faculty of Biology Christian University Satya Wacana (UKSW) Lusiawati Dewi showed the innovation of fish tempe food (TeKan) that has been in Biology Laboratory, Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga, Central Java, Friday (9/11/2018). The innovation of fish tempe foods has a more complete amino acid content because it contains a combination of vegetable protein and animal protein, which is expected to be innovation in the fields of food and self-employment.
