SPITCH HEARING

The President Director of Merpati Asep Ekanugraha (center) said a number of employees of PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines (Persero) as a result of a hearing in front of the State Court (PN) Surabaya, East Java, Wednesday (14/11/2018). The Commerce Court (PN) Surabaya claims the application of the Delay of the Obligation of the Payment of the debt (PKPU) of PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines (Persero) so that Merpati was not settled and confirmed can fly again at 2019.
