The Palapa Ring project is one of the same working projects of the Government and the Business Agency (KPBU) with the scheme of "Availability Payment" for the development of the "backbone" network designed and implemented using sea cable communication systems and fiber optic communication systems to 57 cities or districts that have not been affordable telecommunication networks.
