COWANI CONGRESS

JAKARTA, 2/12 - KONGRES KOWANI. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono expressed his speech and direction in the opening ceremony of the Congress XXIII of the Indonesian Women's Congress (Kowani) in 2009 in the State Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday (2/12). President SBY supports the role of Kowani in encouraging efforts to realize MDGs’ achievements, among others reduce poverty and fulfillment of basic education, reducing the number of child’s death, reducing mother’s death, combating HIV/AIDS and infectious diseases, maintaining international environment and cooperation.
