Director General of the Sri Puguh Budi Utami, declared the riot in Lapas Lambaro that caused 113 napi kabur and 37 napi has been arrested it was allegedly provocated by a group of drugs cases, not the excess capacity and asked Lapas officers provide good service to the napi.
