RED ISLAND SET AS GEOPARK SITE

  • 7th December 2018 GMT+7
Tourists enjoy the beach atmosphere with the background of Red Island in Banyuwangi, East Java, Friday (7/12/2018). The Red Island created from the magma of the ancient volcano, has been set as a National Geopark site because the rock lion that forms the island is ideally ideally used as a world geological laboratory to learn the process of alteration and mineralization of copper gold.
