WATER LEVEL INSTALLATION ON THE ISLAND

BMKG officers install water level gauges or "water level" while taking the eruption of Gunung Anak Krakatau (GAK) at Sebesi Island Port, South Lampung, Lampung, Tuesday (1/1/2019). BMKG installs tools on the island close to the Krakatau Child Mountain to monitor the water level as well as data in determining early warnings when there is a tsunami wave in the Sunda Strait due to the tektonic and volcanic earthquake.
