A number of citizens is near the KM Belt Nusantara 39 who is still arguing above Wani Donggala Port dock, Central Sulawesi, Thursday (10/1/2019). The ship belongs to PT Pelni that was blown into the ground due to tsunami 28 September 2018 it was waiting for the install water to be returned to the sea in a way of pulling and driven heavy equipment.
