Irwandi Yusuf (right) gave an explanation of closed meetings at the Governor of Aceh office, Banda Aceh, Thursday (10/12). Former President of Finland, Martti Ahtisaari to Aceh saw the development of the extent where agreements in MoU Helsinki have been running in Aceh and the laws of Aceh (UUPA).
