Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi (left) inaugurated the Head of the National SAR Agency (Basarnas) Marsdya TNI Bagus Labourito as a rule of President’s decision during the appointment of the Basarnas Head in Jakarta’s Office, Wednesday (30/1/2019).
