PRESIDENT OPENED THE MUNAS ALIM ULAMA CONBES NU

President Joko Widodo witnessed the short video of the history of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) accompanied by Muhtasyar NU KH Ma'ruf Amin (left) Rais Aam PBNU KH Miftahul Akhyar (center) and Chairman of the General PBNU KH Said Aqil Siroj (second left) on National Musyawarah (Munas) Alim Ulama and Large Conference (Konbes) Nahdlatul Ulama at the Miftahul Huda Al-Azhar Citangkolo, Kota, Banjar Barat (August/2/2019). In the speech, Jokowi admitted that NU is the largest congregation organization in Indonesia that has contributed many to the Indonesian nation’s forests and is always leading to defending the country from the parties who want to change Pancasila as the basis of the country as well as to suspend islam and Pancasila.
