CHARWANG, 14/1 - PRABAYAR ELECTRIC. A prepaid electric customer in Karawang, West Java, inserts electric pulses, auctions of its own electric pulses, Thursday (14/1). The plan, starting April 2010 PT PLN APJ Karawang will implement prepaid electric mounting sanctions for customers who are captivated for three consecutive months, to suppress the amount of electric milestones.
