SOLAR RING PHENOMENON IN ACEH

A citizen enshrined a circular sun ring phenomenon in the Meulaboh City Area, West Aceh, Aceh, Tuesday (12/3/2019). The optis phenomena is a light circle around the sun such as the street light is called Halo or Nimbus, which appears due to the ice crystal on a cold cirrus cloud located 5-10 km or 3-6 miles from the top layer of the troposfer.
