SLAWI The Minister of Agriculture, Suswono (right) asked traders about quality and price of rice, while at Banjaran Market, Slawi, Tegal District, Jateng, Friday (22/1). According to Suswono, the government has a padi production target reaching 65 million Tons with an increase of 3.2 percent compared to the past year and the stock of rice in the government is currently abundant by having a 500 thousand Ton rice stock reserve, while the need of society is only 300 thousand Ton rice.
