PONTIANAK, 22/1 - PENCEMARAN SUNGAI. A man conducts Kakus Washing Bath activity (MCK) above the bandong boats that lean on the edge of Kapuas River, Pontianak, Kalbar, Friday (22/1). Today the water quality in Kapuas River is increasingly decreasing due to the high pollution chemically and biologically. Kalbar Environmental Impact Control Agency records, Kapuas River is not only polluted by mercury chemicals, but also by plant waste, household waste, coli bacteria, and pesticides from plantations.
