Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Imron Cotan (left) is secured by the Managing Director of BNI, Darwin Suzandi (right) signed the Memorandum of Understanding of Electronic PNS Card (KPE), in Jakarta, Monday (25/1).
