President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Ms. State Ani Yudhoyono (right) and other invitations were sealed when conducted Conference Tele with Governor Sumut Syamsul Arifin inauguration of Wind Labuan (X115) and Labuan PLTU (300 MW) in Pandeglang, Banten, Thursday (28/1).
