JAKARTA, 1/2 - PERMOHONAN GROUP. One of the applicants of the principles of Yonas Alfons Nusi (right) embraced members of the Papuan White Red Rowan, Wati Kogoya as the test of article 6 paragraph (2) Law Number 21/2001 concerning Special Autonomy for the Papua Province in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Monday (1/2). The Constitutional Judgment as the application of applicants for part and declared the membership of the Papuan Representative Council in 2009-2014 as many as 56 legitimate members according to the law, plus 11 members who were appointed based on the Special Region Regulation as the determination amar and valid only once (einmalig) for the 2009-2014 period.
