President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono conveyed his speech at the opening of the State Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Head of Representatives of the Republic in the State Palace, Thursday (4/1). The working meeting of the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was attended by 215 participants consisted of the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the large Indonesian representatives overseas.
