MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

JAKARTA, 4/2 - NOA KESEPAHAMAN. President Director of PT PLN (Persero), Dahlan Iskan (two of the right) and the President of the Government Procurement Policy Institution (LKPP), Agus Rahardjo (two of the left) witnessed President Commissioner PLN, Yogo Pratomo (right) and Deputy Governor of NAD, Moh. Nasar (left) secured the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on the procurement policies of goods/jasa, in Jakarta, Thursday (4/3). This Memorandum of Understanding is in order to prepare for the process of procurement of more effective, efficient and fast goods and prioritizing the implementation of healthy, transparent, open and fair business competition principles for all parties.
