One of the results of research from Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) regarding hospital services to citizens mainly poor groups in Jabodetabek revealed 74.9 percent of 738 respondents cardholder Jamkesmas, Gakin and SKTM in 2009 complained hospital services among other administrations, doctors, nurses, health personnel, facilities, rejections and conditions of advance money.
