NOT PAID

SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA, 23/7 - UNPAID. A Lapindo mudflow victim shows his bank book and the ATM card at a bank in Sidoarjo, East Java, July 23, 2007. His bank book shows that no money has been transferred to his account from Lapindo, a week after he signed for the compensation payments to be paid by Lapindo.
