JEMBER, 18/2 Mohammad Wahyu Muharom (22), a student Faculty of Law University of Jember listened to witness in the trial in the State Court of Jember, East Java, Thursday (18/2). Mohammad Wahyu Muharom is the case of a good name pollution done through the Facebook social networking site and violates the article 310 and 311 KUHP namely to park a good name of a person with oral and writing, with a threat of punishment 4 years of prison.
