NIGHTLIFE TRADITION

A mother burns the valley or "Malamang" welcomes the month of ramadhan in front of his house, in Lambungbukik, Pauh, Padang, West Sumatra, Thursday (2/5/2019). Evening Tradition, namely cooking the valley made of white solid rice and santan inserted into bamboo then burned, is a tradition in Minangkabau in order to welcome the month of ramadhan by presenting a valley to strengthen the silaturahmi.
