The Minister of Marine and Fisheries of Fadel Muhamad (left) witnessed the Bupati Pessel Nasrul Abid (right) raised plastic bags containing a bandeng fish seedling before put into farmers' shots in Tarusan, Kab.Pessel, Sumbar, Thursday (4/3).
