VILLAGE HEAD TOLAK PUBLISHING HGU

A number of village heads extend the banner of the rejection of the rights of Guna Usaha (HGU) when pointing the sense in front of the National Land Office (BPN) of Central Sulawesi in Palu, Monday (1/7/2019). A total of 63 village heads in five districts in Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi refuses HGU’s publication for PT Hardaya Inti Plantation (HIP) due to the proposed land is a buffer of water supply for citizens and is ensured to damage the environmental ecosystem of citizens who reside in it if treated as HGU by the company.
