SURABAYA, 30/3 - ARE COMFORT. A car moves to split water, when flooding due to rain in Banyu Urip Surabaya, Tuesday (30/3). Some of the cities, until now still in the flood water if the rain falls. This phenomenon is an endless urban problem. The blockage of water channels and rivers due to people who disposal garbage, is a factor of urban flooding causes.
